Hey all-
the most recent model I finished- its a "What-If" model.

What do you guys think of "What-If's"?

You can be honest-

Doesn't it kind of "cheapen" the model in a way since there was no research?

Sorry the pic is massive- I need to be taught how to re-size pics.

Steve,

Great job on the What-If, the paint job looks great as does the dio.

I do not think a What-If cheapens anything, many great engineering marvels started as a what -if.

Cheers,

On the contrary Steve, I think that want-if's, when done with plausible imagination, are facinating. They can be more work than following a photograph. I love them.
This is great work, by the way. It looks even better in person. It got me thinking how fun it would be to do an E-25 variant of my own.

Thanks guys-
I have done a couple of "What-If's" - they are kind of a guilty pleasure.

If it is acceptable to take a break from Photo-etch..... or build a car as a break from Armor...it should be acceptable to take a break from research. For some reason "What-If's" just seem aren't seen that way....

Curious to me.

Steve nothing wrong with a what it at all. It gets the creative juices flow.

As per your photo issue. If you have Photoshop or something similar you should be able to decrease the image sizes by going in to a menu function bar within the program and simply reduce the pixels or the actual dimensions of the image. Should not be hard to do. Cheers.
